Just thought I say hi, so Hi! :P Armed with my trustie Garmin, shiney new trainers & ready to rock, well run but you know what I mean! All the best on your fitness journey! :)

Ty :D Yep definitely! Also grabbed a Garmin while prime day was on so finishing is a must, I may have a set back here or there but I will NOT fail!! :P Cheers for the encouragement!

Well done and welcome...please do check out this important link for Newbies...there is a lot of really useful information there.

The mantra is slow and steady, rest days between runs ( at least one, and more if you need them) are non negotiable...and keep posting. The support you will get is incredible... and the encouragement as you move through the runs:)
