Welcome. I've been tackling weight loss along with running too. I've been carefully tracking my calorie intake and I'm down about 30lbs since I started in June. I did notice that the weight loss wasn't smooth, some weeks I didn't lose any. However I have noticed a fairly consistent belt tightening process as the inches have come off my tummy. I think this is because of the new, denser, muscles replacing the fat. So don't worry toi much about what the scales say, follow the programs and you will notice the difference.
30 pounds since June, that's amazing and well done, it's people like you who give me the motivation to do this, I have been a yoyo dieter all my life, trying to find the next quick fix diet only to find that you put it all back on plus some. So I'm here hopefully to change my lifestyle for the better and become a slimmer and healthier me, I know she is in there somewhere
Thank you
Les
