Welcome . I’m sure you’ll love it! You mention getting slimmer, so I really recommend measuring yourself rather than weighing. I haven’t lost weight but have lost inches so rarely get on the scales now. I look and feel better so that’s all that counts. Good luck 👍

I've lost 4 kg sofar into week 5 I feel better more energy and can fit in my jeans without taking a deep breath as said before it's not really about weight as a number but I wasn't happy with the way I looked had to meet a new group for first aid training last night and for the first time in ages didn't feel embarrassed to stand in front of them best advice I was given don't compare yourself to others re times remember your doing it for you not them

Welcome! You won’t regret it. A few weeks ago I found running for a minute daunting, and if stumpy little me can run, anyone can 👍
