Had a bit of a crap few weeks so Not been for a run. But started my week 2 run 1 today because I felt I was letting my self down by not doing o my god it was hard but I done it. I’m so chuffed with my self it helped me clear my mind 👌

Well done! Stick at it - as you’ll find when times are tough running is a real friend. You’ll always feel better after a run (especially after you’ve completed c25k!), running can clear your head and gives you time to yourself. It gets you out in the fresh air and being in nature (even running in your local park) is a fantastic boost to your mental wellbeing.
This is an incredible journey and I wish I could loan you a peak inside what it feels like 6 months on from graduation! I feel trim, healthier than I have in years - and strong! And I was so unfit when I started!
