Just got back from run 1 of week 5. I've actually discovered that, just like when I use to go swimming (I use to be able to do a mile in 45 mins), I take a while to 'warm up' and find my pace. Telling myself to remember this over the coming weeks so my mind doesn't take me down before my body has time to get going. The gremlins are already putting doubts in my mind re run 3 but I've gone through the forum and I'm going to believe in myself!!
