Bring it on W7!

After almost talking myself out of doing run 1 of w7 (I have a long and illustrious past of making any excuse!) I gave myself a talking to and went out and did it!

It went so much better than the same time (25min) as run 3 of week 6, and I still had enough puff left to up the ante for the last minute.

So glad I went out - as always I feel a million times more positive after a run than I do before. Need to keep remembering that!

Thanks! The mental journey has been fascinating- I never would have thought that my mind would wander whilst running!!

Thanks! I really must try to do that - I can be my own worst enemy at times. Posting on here definitely helps me to remember how good I feel when I complete each run.
