Just got back. That stretch to 8 minutes I can really feel, also I am amazed that I can do it. I never thought I would so onwards to the infamous 3rd run.
Been taken of furlough and start work monday, so up early and what a day it will be, completing 20 minutes and going back to work. Bring it on....

Yes, did that first thing this morning and pleased that I did some stretching before setting off, it helped the first few minutes of running. It really was down to being a mental thing, I powered on and it was fine albeit slow! When are you doing yours?
