I just ran for 20 minutes straight!!!!! I cannot stress enough how much the app has transformed my life, I never for one minute thought I would enjoy running let alone wishing it was run day & not a rest day 😂
At the beginning of the run today I said to my self god will I be able to do this?!? But 10 minutes in actually felt in great condition, I was comfortable, my breathing felt good & I knew right then I could smash it, when my new best mate Sarah said that’s it you ran for 20 minutes straight it was such a euphoric moment, I can’t believe what I’ve managed to achieve in 5 weeks, pain is temporary that is my new motto!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
The app really does work, had to believe I know. But since no running since my school days and running at 17+ stone and finding 10 steps breathless. I'm actually running 7ks now at 13.11 st... So it's actually improved my life in more ways than one.. Happy running to the end of the app x
Awesome! Just thinking of running for 20 minutes seems crazy to me at the moment, but your post, and many others like it have shown me it's possible, thank you.
I enjoyed my 20min run this time. I struggled with this so repeated week 5 and on third attempt I did it. So chuffed. Now on to week 6 😀 onwards and upwards
Amazing! Well done!! I felt the same today - I had so much trepidation about this run but we did it. Now I feel positive about the next runs. For the first time I really think I can do it. Looking forward to seeing your graduate post!! 👍
