Yay, finished week 9 run 3 today, it was tough but I did it, the last 10 minutes are still very much a mental battle!
I also ran a 5K race last weekend, ended up having to walk a tiny bit, but still finished in 33 minutes 25 seconds. It's easy to get carried away and start out to fast in the beginning and run out of steam at the end!
Still, I feel a huge sense of accomplishment, it was hard to imagine I'd ever be able to run for 30 min a few months ago.....

Well done! Wow that’s quick - fantastic. The programme works, think we all feel the same about being out of puff in week one and now running for 30 mins. Have a great week. 🏃🏼♀️
