W6R2 slow and steady...

Hello everybody peeps! Just did run W6R2 and I think the previous run had taken its toll on me. At around 8mins of the first run, I wanted to stop as my legs felt like lead. I just slowed it up a bit and kept going. I 100% believe if it wasn't for the plan and this forum I would either cheat myself or simply give up. Cannot recommend C25K highly enough.

well done for recognising you had to slow it down. That's great!

pushing through those moments really helps get more experience and recognise the gremlins and know that we CAN keep going if needed

Well done for carrying on, sometimes a fair bit of grit and determination is required but it always feels good to complete a run and get that, yay I did it feeling.
