Slow and steady??

So me and my sister do this together but due to other commitments, we can only do it Tues & Friday usually. So it leaves a few days in between. I do do walking on school run and lunch and exercise bike in between in the house when can't get out due to mummy duties. Will this still work ok? Although longer to complete?

It will be fine. Just take it nice and slow. I think I took 13 or 14 weeks to graduate and I can now run 5k in under 25 mins. Just go at your own pace. Good luck to you both

Yeah, it’s sounds good to me... just tick off all 27 runs. You’re getting some good cross training in, which will help a lot. If you’re doing a bit of walking, you may want to try the Active 10 app... if you can brisk walk a couple of 10 minutes a day there are some pretty big health benefits.

It took me 14 weeks to graduate :) And almost three years later my best time for a 5k is 33 minutes and change :)

And I am having the most sustained (and sane and sensible) fun I've ever had in my life :)

Slow, steady...and enjoyable on at least some level. That will get you to where you are going :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future :)

If you can do 2 days per week that's ok it will take a bit longer to complete c25k but who cares the point is your doing it good luck

As it states in the guide to the plan, fit it into your life, but the optimum is 3 times per week.

Seems to me it will be waaaay better than not doing it at all! 👏🏼 Especially as you are clearly not idle the rest of the time. Enjoy it. How fun to be doing it together. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️💨
