Week seven done, six runs to go

Who cares if I am rather slow?

Who’d have thought the day would come

I’d run 25 minutes and call it fun?!

In shocking pink and lucky socks

Believe me- couch to 5k rocks!

That’s lovely!

Well done for completing week 7, it’s a wonderful achievement to get this far. Week 8 and 9 are great weeks because the incremental change is just 2 minutes. You’re on the home stretch now.

I know- I think there are follow on podcasts but haven’t investigated fully.....focused on getting through this bit first but I definitely want to keep going. Not sure I can cope without Laura in my ear!
