Feeling a bit ansty... only need to complete w9r3 and will have reached my goal but in last two days have come down with a cold that’s made me feel really tired and lethargic as well as a bit chesty.... I’ve no intention of running while I feel like this but mentally I’m really missing the stress release I’ve now realised I get from being out there and letting my mind just drift! Loads of friends who run always said how good running was for their mental health but I’m only just realising now I can’t get out how right they were!
I know this will pass and I’ll be able to graduate (who knew I’d be so certain about that 9 weeks ago??!) but am just frustrated!! Think I’ll go for a walk.....
