Went out very early this morning! 5am and completed run 2 of week 9.
It was chilly but not slippery and I seemed to be running into a cold easterly north wind most of the time!!
I’ve been working more this week so I’m a bit out of my routine! Still hope to do my graduation run on Sunday!
I’ve got a great new music playlist I’m already trying out!
Also having my blood pressure monitored this week! ( I came off medication earlier this year so routine check up) Delighted to see it’s really healthy looking!!
