Feeling on edge about this run tonight. Don’t think I’m going to be able to run for the 5 mins TWICE! I could barely cope with 3 mins. I pace my jogging right down but I think I may need some other jogging tips before this one. Can anyone help a girl out??🤯

Congratulations on getting this far. You can do it.
At this point if you can run for 3 minutes you can do 5.
Make sure you’re hydrated, stretch and believe in yourself, you’re already winning by getting out there.

I was convinced that I wouldn't be able to do half the runs on the C25K programme, yet here I am graduated. If I can do it, you can too.
If you try and don't make it, try again.
As mentioned above, make sure you're hydrated (every day not just run days) and take it slow and steady.

I have been amazed every time I get back from running and have achieved the times. I'm now on W7 25 minutes. It is hard but I just go slowly to ensure I can finish the time - and by some miracle I always have so far. Just keep going!
You will feel so much better when it's done. Just take all the running bits slow and steady, a light jog, and you will surprise yourself! Let us know how it goes.

Yes, you’ll do it for sure. Keep focussed. Keep slow. Go for it. Trust the program as you’ve done so far and you’ll complete your run. Slow run slow! That’s how so many of us do it. 🙂
