Just completed this run and boy the last 5 mins were a killer! Maybe it’s because you’re running for a total of 16 mins compared to the 9 mins in week 3? However was still thoroughly enjoyed ☺️

I found one of the week 4 runs tough too. But you did it, so well done!
I'm just finishing W4 and found this not too bad, but I do take it slooow, as the man says. Hope to get a bit quicker over the week so it looks more like I'm jogging than trying to see how slow it is possible to jog! I found the transition w2 to w3 harder, so didn't think I'd manage the 5 mins, but I did. I think keeping it slow must be the key.
I’m in my mid-60’s and have just completed w4r2. I regularly exercise and have done a zumba class every week for a few years, walk and swim, so my breathing is easy when running. However my legs have suffered a bit more this week and the thought of running a whole 20 minutes at the end of w5 is pretty daunting. I think I may have to repeat a few before I attempt it.
I agree the main reason that last 5 were hard for me was my legs, my breathing was fine too but I guess they’re just not used to it yet. Don’t worry if you’ve come this far the 20 mins will be fine for you.
