Did anybody else feel that the 5 mins in this run seemed to last forever ! Very happy that I managed to complete this run although the first 5 mins kept on going on forever. Can’t believe in a session I am now running more than walking

I did this one today too and found the last 5min a killer! I just slowed right down and pushed through. I can't believe the progress I've made since W1!
So glad to have someone at the same point !! I know I can’t believe it either ! The 5 mins is definitely tough

Well done.. Slow and steady as you head on... just wait until you are running for 30 minutes... and yes, you will be

Did the same run today. The first 5 min rum was definitely worse than the second! What we noticed today was that we seem to be 'recovering' faster after each running bit. I run with my sister. Actually looking forward to each day we run now!
