Did anybody else feel that the 5 mins in this run seemed to last forever ! Very happy that I managed to complete this run although the first 5 mins kept on going on forever. Can’t believe in a session I am now running more than walking

I did this one today too and found the last 5min a killer! I just slowed right down and pushed through. I can't believe the progress I've made since W1!

Did the same run today. The first 5 min rum was definitely worse than the second! What we noticed today was that we seem to be 'recovering' faster after each running bit. I run with my sister. Actually looking forward to each day we run now!
