This morning was a scorcher and I did my 2nd Run it was hard as I’m a complete novice but 2 miles later I felt great, only 8 mins of jogging the rest walking but I love how couch to 5k introduces you to running slowly, I aches after run 2 so I think tomorrow I’m going to feel it as I ran faster and harder this time 😊

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
