I’ve been feeling quite emotional this week due to losing my father-in-law to cancer last Saturday. Today, I just did not want to get out of bed after a sleepless night. When I eventually did at 10.30am, which is so late for me, I went straight out for a run. Really tiring but looks like my pace increased. Amazing what you can do if you push against the mental barriers. Now onto Week 3 👍🏻

Sorry about losing your father in law to cancer CAFC62 but well done on completing week 2 of C25K. Just take your runs slow and steady, good luck for your runs. Onwards and upwards to week 3.

Sorry for your loss. Am sure your father in law would be feeling very proud of you for getting out there today.

So very sorry for your loss. No wonder you felt below par. Be kind to yourself, and look after yourself. Hopefully running will lift your spirit to help you during this difficult time. Xx
