Really struggled with the 5 minute runs. My left hop is aching but I'm determined to complete this week, even if I have to repeat it.

Well done!

I do hope you aren't in too much pain though? Try and rest up for a couple of days before continuing to try and prevent it getting worse. Are you able to slow down your running pace any further for the next run?

Thank you, I don't think I can get much slower. I'll take it easy for a couple of days.
