Back to it after having 11 days rest with sinusitis. Was a bit worried I'd not be able to do it but I managed it! I had to keep my head pointed at the sky to stop my nose running though ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well done. I did my W4R1 this morning and it was the toughest yet for me. I hope it gets better! Enjoy the rest of the runs this week.

To be fair I found running for 5 minutes quite challenging and I can't imagine going for longer!

Enjoy the rest of the runs this week ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thatโ€™s a relief! Iโ€™m trying to remind myself to take it a day at a time and see what happens. I know that I can always repeat a week but donโ€™t want to set that up as a viable option in my head too much (and give myself a get-out clause) as I really want to try to graduate by Xmas. Good luck too!

Oh I hope you manage it! Xmas is my goal too. Let's hope we don't have to repeat anything and the running gods smile on us ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi JB,

Iโ€™m doing W4R2 today so will let u know how I get on. I was actually ok with W4R1 apart from a slight pain below my right calf. I think itโ€™s just our bodies, some days are easier than others. Weโ€™re doing great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Well done you, getting straight back in at the same place after such a break! I thought youโ€™d lose your fitness level so it good to know. Iโ€™m just ahead ahead of you at W4R2 so will follow your progress.

Thankyou! Well Iโ€™ve woken up with a sore calf so maybe that leg wasnโ€™t quite as fit! ๐Ÿ˜Š fab I will keep an eye on your runs too seeing as your just ahead ๐Ÿ˜Š

Good for you for getting back out there though!! Itโ€™s runny nose time now without having sinusitis aswell!! ! ๐Ÿ™„

The only good thing about the runny nose is that it distracts me from the run! ๐Ÿ˜Š definitely weighed down with lots of tissue at the moment ๐Ÿ˜Š
