Back to it after having 11 days rest with sinusitis. Was a bit worried I'd not be able to do it but I managed it! I had to keep my head pointed at the sky to stop my nose running though 😊
Well done. I did my W4R1 this morning and it was the toughest yet for me. I hope it gets better! Enjoy the rest of the runs this week.
To be fair I found running for 5 minutes quite challenging and I can't imagine going for longer!
Enjoy the rest of the runs this week 😊
That’s a relief! I’m trying to remind myself to take it a day at a time and see what happens. I know that I can always repeat a week but don’t want to set that up as a viable option in my head too much (and give myself a get-out clause) as I really want to try to graduate by Xmas. Good luck too!
Oh I hope you manage it! Xmas is my goal too. Let's hope we don't have to repeat anything and the running gods smile on us 😊
You will honest just trust the program 🏃♀️🏃♀️👍
Thanks I’m putting my trust in it with my fingers crossed 🤞😊
I’m doing W4R2 today so will let u know how I get on. I was actually ok with W4R1 apart from a slight pain below my right calf. I think it’s just our bodies, some days are easier than others. We’re doing great 👍🏼
Well done you, getting straight back in at the same place after such a break! I thought you’d lose your fitness level so it good to know. I’m just ahead ahead of you at W4R2 so will follow your progress.
Thankyou! Well I’ve woken up with a sore calf so maybe that leg wasn’t quite as fit! 😊 fab I will keep an eye on your runs too seeing as your just ahead 😊
Good for you for getting back out there though!! It’s runny nose time now without having sinusitis aswell!! ! 🙄
The only good thing about the runny nose is that it distracts me from the run! 😊 definitely weighed down with lots of tissue at the moment 😊
Hopefully i'll be able to speed up a little in the next 2 week 4 runs. I have had such sore heels/ankles...
rang there was no stop in me. I'd got this far and I was going to finish this run. Yes, the last five...
mothers will have sen told that after childbirth!!). Like others, during the 5 min run, when Laura chipped...
