Decided to get up at 5:30 and run before Storm Dennis hits, my new head band that keeps my ears warm worked a treat and made a huge difference to my overall body heat. I found the third run of three minutes hard but I kept going, no major body tantrums this week, my inner runner is telling the moaning body parts to shut up!!

Safe running today people!! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏻

Well done you for getting up early and dodging Dennis! You can now go through the weekend feeling pleased with yourself for ticking another run off. It also looks like you inner runner is gaining strength and knocking the moaning body parts back too, so it's a win-win situation!

Great plan. I saw and heard it kick in this morning as late as eight o'clock here. So quiet before that but now it's blowing a gale and rainy rainy rainy. Well done you. It's quite a ramp from here runjning wise but i'm sure you'll be able to squeeze round the weather. I've only been rained on 3 times and only lightly ...in the whole nine week plan. Good luck!

I saw the running goes up a lot, I always feel like I get into a nice rhythm after the first couple and then the walking kills it so I’m looking forward to runs getting longer. I woke up at 5 to go the loo and it was calm and quiet so I thought so it !!

Well done that inner runner! If it gets you up and out so early and keeps the gremlins at bay you should have no problems! Happy running!
