I ran for 5 minutes. For me thatβs most excellent π€( as Bill and Ted would say.)
From struggling to complete 60 seconds to 5 minutes - Iβm stoked. But being me the fulfilment will be short lived and Iβll focus on the βwhat ifs!β
Still a long way to go......So gotta keep going.
