That’s done and dusted and had to dig in on last run! I knew it would ramp up so didn’t want to preview in case I psyched myself out but I believed in Michael 😊. Music was rubbish this time so had to make do as I didn’t want to fiddle with my phone. Anyway guys thank you for encouragement. Knee cap a bit of a twinge now despite cool down stretches. Will need to see after a recovery day. Sun is out ☀️

Well done for digging deep and completing it - it’s worth it afterwards isn’t it? I’m unsettled on the music. Free music drives me nuts with the ads. Running with nothing makes me count randomly. So I’ve just installed a podcast player and I’m going to try that tomorrow. Enjoy your rest 😁

Totally worth it! The last minute was without music so ended up counting elephants 🤣🤣. Playlist was Spotify chosen one and rubbish for running! Good luck with your podcast player 🤞. Yes rest is inviting!

It really makes you feel good when you complete a run where you had to dig in to finish.

If you're interested here are some knee strengthening exercises if you need them. Well done you 😊

That’s great 😁. I will get on the job thank you 🙏. Still in disbelief!

Well done you’re doing so well! Make sure you’re starting off nice and slow. I remember one particular run I had to dig deep for but if I hadn’t pushed myself so hard to begin with I wouldn’t have struggled so much. Knee strengthening exercises as Buddy says and take couple of days rest if need be. You’re smashing it 💪🏼

Thank you 😊 for such encouragement. I can’t believe how this all works.. it’s all in the legs 🦵!! I do take it slow to keep going and you are right that’s the magic for me. I must strengthen my knees so that I can continue 😁

Great effort, take care of that knee, maybe slow down and try soft flat surface if your running on tarmac. Happy running

Thank you 😊 yes been running on tarmac and I did wonder about gravel/ Romsey path. Think I need to change route and put up with the mud and puddles!

I did a bit of running on grass, gravel etc last week, certainly a nice change from tarmac, just watch your footing. Take care and enjoy
