W9R3 New York!!!

Nine weeks ago I decided it was time to get up off my lazy butt and start exercising again. I couldn’t run the length of myself and knew I had to start slowly. I downloaded Couch to 5k and got moving. Well today, on holiday (I’ve NEVER taken trainers on my hols!!) I completed the programme in Central Park and I’m so bloody proud of myself. I have actually enjoyed running - even in the cold and rain back home. Anyway, apologies for the long post - I’m away for a big breakfast to celebrate 😆

That is dedication and because you took your trainers proves your mindset has changed for the better too. Well done you 🏆

Thank you. And you’re right, mindset has definitely changed. I could never have imagined getting up and going running on holiday. But so pleased now I’ve done it

How fantastic and congratulations to you. I was in Central Park 3 weeks ago and so annoyed I didn’t take my gear. It’s amazing there isn’t it. 😀
