Oh my goodness, I have actually gone and done it! From being very unfit, overweight and not confident in myself I am able to run for 30mins and love every second of it. I AM A RUNNER (always wanted to say that! βοΈ)
I have been very lucky to be able to run alongside the beautiful River Tay every week and looking forward to continuing my lunch break runs here. For anyone who is at the start of their C25K journey - keep pushing! You can do it πββοΈπββοΈ

Yes by all means get your graduation gown from university out for the ceremony.
That reminds me of a graduate student from college last year, she graduated from C25K and college around the same time and reported back here that the graduation run meant more to her than her college graduation. π
Superb. πππΌπ Enjoy the well-deserved glow of success. Running by the river sounds perfect - always there, always changing. Happy running. ππ
