Well I’ve done it!! I’ve completed C25K ...I’m amazed but I’ve enjoyed myself ...I even feel a little teary at finishing my last run. I’m still no where near the 5k mark but that’ll come in time. Massive thanks to everyone on here for the fantastic positive posts and great advice!!

Congratulations Anna. Take the time to consolidate to make 30 minutes easy and then extend a run gradually to bag the 5k. Celebrate and be proud of yourself, then enjoy the next part of the journey.

I’ve graduated this week too and would have felt a bit lost if I didn’t have the 5km target to still go for ... and I’d miss Michael Johnson so it’s endless repeats of W9R3 for me until I get there. Congratulations on your graduation. 👍🏻🏆

Congratulations on your graduation and all the amazing effort it took to reach it. Your 5k will come and it’s great to have something to focus on now that Couch to 5k is completed. I graduated on the 2nd and had a go at my Parkrun’s Freedom Run today in the pouring rain and (unofficially, as I was timing myself on Strava) I ran the 5k in 36.22. Thrilled and found it much easier without the time updates and any music, oddly! Enjoy all the running adventures and successes to come!
