I can’t remember... what I do know is that you’re ready for week 6. Personally I’d only ever repeat a run that I didn’t complete. Slow and steady into those intervals and then you got this.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, no, you don't need to repeat it. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs.
