Hi

I completed run 3 of week 5 this week and I’m pretty sure at the end it advised repeating this run before moving on to week 6?

If I’m honest I was that happy I’d managed the run I did t really pay attention to what was said and only caught the end! Is this right?

I can’t remember... what I do know is that you’re ready for week 6. Personally I’d only ever repeat a run that I didn’t complete. Slow and steady into those intervals and then you got this.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, no, you don't need to repeat it. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs.

I think it says repeat it if you didn't complete the 20 minute run, so carry on to W6R1, I've just done that one this morning😊.
