Oh. My. God. I have just done this one and my face is on fire πŸ₯΅, can’t believe I couldn’t jog for 1 minute 5 weeks ago and now I’ve done 20 minutes! Just having 5 minutes sit down but I feel fine and I had a filling this morning so was jogging with a numb mouth lol. I’m 53 and have never run in my life since cross country put me off at school!

51 here, with a similar experience of running at school.

I summed up W5R3 with, "This wasn't easy. It was tiring. On the other hand, some of the earlier weeks were far much more of an ask, and I felt much worse after them."

My next run will be W8R3.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9, you deserve to be very proud of yourself and buzzing, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊
