So I was due to do this run Saturday morning but got a little tipsy Friday night and felt crap Saturday Iv since been putting it off. I’m slightly dreading it as it’s quite a biggy (for me anyway) just wondering if I should maybe start week 5 again or just go for it? Any thoughts?

What would make you more comfortable? Think about how your felt completing last week. There is no reason not to do a week again ... but if you felt comfortable doing it, a few days won’t matter so set a time to do the run. And I am sure you will. Let us know how it goes
