Wasn’t in the mood to run, but did it anyway. Also managed 19 second burst at the end. Despite taking my inhaler beforehand, my lungs felt very uncomfortable today. I was aware that I had not drunk enough. 🙄 However, my legs are bearing up very well. Probably due to the fact that I rode horses for the last twenty years or so. Different muscle groups, I know, but it must have benefited me to some extent.
I will prepare better for Friday’s run. If I can do it when I don’t feel in the right frame of mind, I’ll do it more easily when I am! 😁 I am determined to start week 5 on Monday! 💪🤨

Yay! Well done for persevering. The pollen round here is ridiculous today which really doesn't help.
You've got this, like you say, prepare well by resting and drinking loads (steady on, i mean water! 😉) there is no reason you won't manage Friday's run.
Good for you. 🎉👏🏼 I bet some of the breathing issue today was pollen if anything like here. Hubby was coughing & spluttering all day, and he doesn’t even run. And car was covered in fine mist of it.
Well done. Running on a day when you’re not in the mood is tough, especially when other things seem out to get you. However, you did it. You are going to breeze into week 5!
Hey, if you need an extra rest day take it, make sure you push yourself comfortable and not push yourself to extremes. One thing I will say is kudos to all the people who are doing c25k with their asthma, I know many people that would easily use the asthma as an excuse for not doing it. Great examples here of people managing their conditions and not letting their conditions manage them.
