So I did my forest ever run today and frankly I struggled and even after the run I can’t atop coughing.

Wow just shows what you can do when your try and how unfit you are when you don’t think your that unfit.

You did it though 👌🏽

I had mild asthma when I stated c25k. If you’re coughing, maybe you do too. Mine actually disappeared by about week 3!

I’m finding my asthma is much better too - even when running through a park which normally sets it off 😊🌲🌲

Great job getting off that couch and completing run 1. It’s the hardest run to get right... pacing is key to the programme, slow and steady is the way to do it.

The mantra is slow and steady and if you are struggling.. slow down more:)

Well done you for starting this... keep it gentle and keep posting your runs too:)

Well done FGTFG, run 1 under your belt! The breathing does improve remarkably quickly. Don't push too hard, just take each session as it comes! 🍀
