Just come back from w7 r2 and to put not too fine a point on it i am a tired sweaty mess. It was hot and i was unenthusiastic.

To my surprise i checked Strava and managed to set pb s for everything!!!!

Set my fitbit just for the 25 min run and found that my actual shuffle pace was 8.24. Astounded!

It just shows when you think you are a lost cause the data proves you can do it!!

Astonished and happy. Now looking forward to my next run

Keep going everyone if i can so can you 😁🏃‍♀️

Well done you and that pace is fab! I am a comfortable 9.53kmnavg on my 26 minute runs x I’m slow and sweat like a pig but it’s comfy and I wouldn’t ever have imagined I would get here at week one! I’m week 8 run 1 on Monday (hopefully) and can honestly say week 7 were horrible runs for me x 1 and 2 , not sure if it was because I ober trained and didn’t drink enough, but that passed quickly thank God! X onwards and upwards and we may be graduates the same time x
