Well I’ve just done my run a bit hard but that’s probably because I went to the gym at dinner time came home then went out for my run and also it was very warm and I’ve had loads of water today no coffee 😉😉🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️ I’m hoping for 2 more runs this week and that will get me to week 8 😉😉🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️ happy running guys 😉🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️

Thanks Alan I’m looking forward to graduating and then im going to use the Nike running club app but I’m going to do a park run too 😉🏃🏼‍♂️

I did this run this evening too! It was a little hot for me but I finished! I cannot beleive that after the next run it's W8, eek!

I know it’s soon come around I wouldn’t of thought I would of got this far but then I’m doing it will help from this forum lots of friendly advice and help it has made my journey easier 😉🏃🏼‍♂️

Thank you I will keep it up as soon as I graduate I’m going to do a parkrun and by the way if that’s your pick profile you don’t even look near 50 😉
