Well that was a lot better than my last run! I was going to say "wow, it was great!" But that wouldn't be entirely true!! I feel GREAT now, and have done since I got back 3 hours ago, but actually my run went through a number of phases: 1) I hope it's better than last time, I was a bit disappointed with myself 2) it's going to be just like last time 3) pull yourself together, it's mind over matter 4) this is ok, I can conquer the world! 5) God this is tough I need to slow down if I am going to do 25 mins! 6) I am going too slow, I was further than this when this song came on in my last run 7) GOD this is TOUGH! 8) ooh, this feels quite good! 9) yes, speed up (a little!) For the last minute 10) I don't want to stop! I will run the warm-down 11) yay I ran for 30 mins! Stopping now to turn off map my run and walk for a few minutes. 12) hmm, about 10 mins walk from home and the podcasts finished. Think I'll put some music on while I walk 13) I want to run! Yes, I am running! That hill was easy! I Feel great! I ran home!

Remember this next time you're struggling and feel you just can't go on - I know I will! I came so close to stopping at points 2, 5 and 7 but am so glad I didn't! Map My Run gave me an average of 6.30 mins per km and I did 4.94 km in 32.05 mins, which included a couple of minutes walking at the start and a tiny bit at the end while I was fiddling with my phone to stop the workout! I so want to crack 5k in 30 mins by the time I graduate!!!

Keep going all, we can all do this, no matter how hard it feels at the time!!!####πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸ˜πŸ˜‰

they are probably conversations we have all had at some point and continue to have , overcoming them is what makes it feel so dan good when you complete a run and the program and beyond.

keep at it, you doing great :D
