W5R1 - done and felt good! Running with my 17 year old is very funny! I get a commentary on everyone at bus stops, boys in cars, people who smell of dope.....it’s eye opening. However, it gets her out and exercising which in turn reduces her exam stress. For us both the mental health benefits from running so far have been immense.

Bit scared about the rest of W5 but I’m gonna do my best to smash it!

Well done Mrs D on A) passing W5R1 and B) for taking along your daughter. It is well known amongst the experienced that running can have mental benefits sometimes over and above physical benefits. I'm really glad that's been the case for you and your daughter 😊

Don't worry Mrs D you will smash week 5 🏃‍♀️💥👍 we believe in you.

Wishing your daugher all the best with her exams too 🎓✅👍

You are so lucky being able to run together.

Enjoy these moments.

The runs just add a couple of minutes each time.

Doing them together adds some wonderful memories too.

Enjoy it all.

Does it seem long since you started?

You are half way there! Go! Runners!
