Completed week 4 run 1 tonight. I actually can’t believe I managed. I feel very proud of myself. I found it hard, and wanted to throttle Laura when she told me I had one more 5 minute run left. But I did it, unbelievably!
Does anyone have any tips to stop my calf muscles burning when running?

Brilliant, well done! I’ve just finished Week 3, Run 3 so this is giving me inspiration for when I do Run 1 of Week 4 on a Wednesday! I’m dreading it a little bit.
I also have the issue with my calf muscles so I was going to research some calf stretches to do before my next run, so I’ll be keeping tabs on this topic
