Can’t believe I just ran for so long! Really enjoying it now and am running faster each week which I didn’t expect (don’t worry I am pacing myself 😆) I really feel this is life-changing for me, can anyone else relate?!

I've just done w5r2 today too! Yes I'm super proud of myself, though nervous about the next run. It makes me laugh that I'm choosing to run, even through the rain - i wouldn't recognise myself!
Me too! I ran through the rain this eve - loved it in the end! I don’t check the run ahead at all, I think for me it’s better not knowing until I’m doing it!
Well done you! Just be aware that some people are saying that the Sarah Millican audio for Week 5 Run 3 is wrong on the app so if you usually listen to her, you might want to switch to a different personal trainer just for that run. Especially if you don't look ahead to see what's coming up!

Isn’t it amazing! I’ve tried really hard to switch up my diet too as I don’t want to undo all my good work!
Cool... you should find that you want to eat healthier as you do this... part of it is working out what your body wants... it needs something, you see that as hungry... but after a workout it may just be asking for a few grams of protein. My daughter lost weight on the plan... she was hungry after a run... tiny slice of chicken and she was good.
