Delighted to have completed W5R2 today. After much procrastination, I just got out and got it done! Like everyone, I wasn’t sure I could run for 8 minutes, but I did - twice! I am starting to believe I can complete this. Looking forward to the 20 minute run next. Good luck everyone!

Great job... and good that the belief is growing because yes, you can. Run 3 really proves that too... it’s an amazing run. Slow and steady and enjoy it.
Omg. The idea that I'm going to need to run for 8 minutes in 4 weeks is terrifying very well done to you!! X
Hi Batbabe - I felt exactly the same! I promise you that this programme does work. I am 56 years old and did no exercise before starting this, 5 weeks ago I really struggled at Week 1, but keep on keeping on! The dark nights are not great for running where I am, out in the country, so I finished work earlier today and got our before it got too dark. Good luck to you x
