Well after my wobbles in week 2 I am moving on steadily. At the moment I am not allowing myself the possibility of stopping and so far so good. Like everyone I am somewhat concerned about R3 on Sunday but am determined to give it my best shot. We will see!

Yes, not stopping is key. Week 3 is a step up, but you will be able to do it. Good luck!

Well done jane.
W5R3's bark really is worse than it's bite. Just take it steady and I am sure you will be fine.

I like you have done wk 5 run 2 today! It was tough. I'm dreading 20 minutes of running on Sunday!! Let me know how you get on. Good luck!
