Well, that’s me started! Survived my first podcast! The minute spent running seemed the longest minute ever...but it can only get better, right?

I can assure you it does get better and easier. By week 5 you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.

Well done! By the end of week 1, that minute will fly by. I started last Sunday and did my first W2R1 yesterday - 90 seconds running felt easier than one minute - that’s the trick of the programme - building your stamina and endurance - it’s a brilliant journey. Enjoy the rest of W1.

Thank you for that! Determined to keep going but also trying to figure out where to go to avoid people!

Well done on taking that first step I was like you didn’t like running around people but that feeling soon goes I’m only on my 2nd week but it already doesn’t phase me as I’m building up confidence.Listen to your music and mentor and enjoy the journey 😊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done! I started back in January and have to say the app really works! I tried to get out early morning when it’s a lot quieter on the roads, and sometimes even drive to a nearby park and ran in there. It’s amazing how you suddenly find that you’re running! Good luck with the rest of your runs!

well done starting the programme, trust me it does get better, before you know it you be running 90 seconds, 3 mins, 5 mins without thinking you are about to expire😂 just take a slow pace as lots of more experienced people on here told me 🐢🐢 honestly it works

Thank you for that encouragement. I haven’t told anyone apart from my husband that I am doing it so planned this morning’s route with stealth in mind - until I resemble someone running and not some poor soul about to have a coronary! Now to find the energy to walk the dogs!

I am also a secret runner at the minute, didn’t want to tell everyone until I know I can/will do it🤐😊
