Off the couch!: Day 1 week 1 - success - slow... - Couch to 5K
Off the couch!

Well done- a great start! I'm only a week ahead of you but I found that it does seem to get easier during week 1! Hope you felt as proud of yourself as I did

Well done
Hardest part is getting started and run 1 is very, very testing.
My dog has been with me every plod through the programme, great incentive to go out when you have to take them anyway!
Good luck, keep going - and slow and steady is to be your mantra

yeah well done you! My first ever 'run' was a disaster - I managed only FORTY SECONDS of actually 'running' - I felt so ashamed of myself! I'm doing much, much better now - can't believe it really - so keep going you and the dog are definitely gonna get there!

Well done for getting started - often the hardest bit!

Welcome..and well done.. you and the dog
Slow and steady from here on... you just did the hardest part...
"Start where you are
Use what you have
Do what you can...."
We will support you all the way.... ( and the dog)
Well done!

well done that's the biggest step on the journey!
