I was watching some of the London Marathon today, but I did miss some of it, did they really mention C25K, that is great, nice that you downloaded the app and began the program, good luck for the next 9 weeks. 😊

That is such a fab response to the suggestion! And on London Marathon day too! I'm so glad they made it...

I can't recall exactly what made me down load the app a couple of months back myself... but I too just downloaded it and went!!! Haven't looked back!

All the best with your journey - and ENJOY.

Tip: Go slow!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Take your time, rushing can easily lead to injury.

Enjoy your journey.

Follow the link from IannodaTruffe and welcome!

The mantra is slow and steady.... and as this is not a weight loss programme, you may or may not lose weight...BUT, you will feel fitter and stronger, as every run is completed...Follow the plan and keep posting your runs for terrific support!

I had two colleagues from work running in the marathon today, so the same as you I’ve downloaded the app and just survived my first run.
