Did my first Park Run this morning since graduating. Really enjoyed it. My time was 31, which I'm v pleased with. Recommend to everyone who finishes the course :)

Well done Chris, fantastic time! Out of interest, where were you in the pack in terms of finishing?

Oh, I was wrong, it was actually 30 :)

I was near the end, tho not last. My friend started at around the same time, and six months later he's doing 23 minutes. Definitely go for it guy, it's a great event.

Wow fantastic time, well done. Have to say though not as fast as you I really enjoy doing the Parkruns and would also like to say 'Go for it Guys'. It really is well worth the effort :-D

What a fab time for your first parkrun and on such a cold day!! I was timekeeper at my local parkrun today (bit nervous of the responsibility to start with) and had numb fingers by the end!

I echo all other comments...Go for it guys! :) :)

Hi Chris thats a great time for your first Parkrun. I did the Cambridge Parkrun today,

third time since starting C25K but i am at 36 mins cos i have to walk sections.

My excuse is that i am only on W3 :-) Parkruns are fun though. Good luck

everyone, Ed.
