I can't believe I've just done a 20 minute run without stopping!! This seemed completely impossible a few weeks ago! I was so nervous about doing this one as it seemed like such a huge jump from the previous runs! I kept putting it off but this morning I decided to just get it done!
I feel really proud of myself and urge anyone else who is worried about this 20 min run to just go for it!!

I'm afraid this run has side effects. You'll be afflicted by an ear-to-ear grin for the rest of the day and an uncontrollable urge to brag about it to anyone you meet. 😉
Congrats! 🌟 What a feeling! I had my doubts along the way but after this run the programme suddenly felt so much more achievable, proper light bulb moment! Best of luck with W6!
Well done and thanks for sharing. I need to read these types of posts to inspire and motivate me. I've just finished W4R1, and the thought that I'll have to run 20 minutes, non-stop, next week is a very scary thought!
You have every right to be very proud of yourself. Good luck with Week 6 too
Well done on getting to W4! I felt the exact same as you about week 5 but now that I've done it I really feel ready and excited for the rest of the programme. Ignore those little voices in your head telling you to stop and just keep pushing on, it really is an amazing feeling!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
You've proved yet again how W5R3 (in fact the whole of program) is actually a mental test, not a physical one. The program is designed to be physically do-able by almost anyone, but no-one tells you how to train your mind for the challenge.
