This as been in my head since week 1 cos i looked forward and seen 5 minute runs.
I kept saying i wont be able to run for 5 mins none stop never mind doing it twice.
Well today was the day and i have only gone and done it, im not saying it was easy, my legs where heavy in the second 5 min run and was i going slow.
A lady with a dog running zoomed past me at one stage like i was in reverse.
Anyway proud of myself , week 4 run 1 in the bag.

Well done! I try and look at runs as "I can do this, it may be a challenge, but I CAN".
Good luck with the next runs, I'm sure they'll be fine too. That lady with the dog? Well she had to start somewhere too, maybe she is a graduate of Couch25K....

Well done! I'm doing Week 4 Run 3 today! I struggle with the first 3 minute run then I get over myself and enjoy the rest of it 😊
After the 5 minute cool down walk I feel like doing a little victory dance 😂 Keep up the good work!
