So I completed week 5 Run 1 earlier today and I loved it! πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I'm really starting to feel the strength improving in my legs and my stamina increasing. It's an amazing feeling, from somebody that never thought they would complete week 1.

Looking forward to run 2 on Tuesday πŸ’ͺ

Finding w5 a challenge, but enjoying it all the same. We're at the same stage so let's smash it!

Well done for getting this far! It's always great to talk to people who are at the same stage. Keep going, we're both going to smash the next run!

Well done for completing week 5 run 1, you are one ahead of me :) It's awesome you are noticing strength and stamina changes. The fact you have gone from running 60 seconds to 5 minute periods is amazing, isn't it?

I am noticing a little difference too and am actually enjoying the longer periods of uninterrupted running.

I know it's crazy! Sometimes I can't quite believe it πŸ˜‚

That's great that you're noticing changes too and enjoying it. I'm actually enjoying the longer running segments too, which I never thought I would say!

We can do this πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
