I did my first run. Week one run one. It was hard. I’m hoping it’ll get better when I do it again. Legs slightly achy now though I did stretch before and after. Hoping it improves before I do next one! Any advice welcomed. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... with links to different stretches for pre and post run as well as many other topics.
Enjoy your journey.

Just take it nice and slow and drink plenty of water on rest days and run days. And read IannodaTruffe’s excellent intro! It’s an amazing journey - good luck!

The more you get used to running the less achy you will be , make sure you're going slow 😊

I did my first shuffle on 17.12.18 and thought I was going to die 😁
It does get easier.
You don't have to go fast. Think 🐢 not 🐇
Just shuffle along at a pace you feel you can keep up for the time.
This morning I shuffled along for 50 mins. 😊
You can do it too. Just trust the plan and trust your self 💪
