Did my first run on Monday. Second one today. I thought I'd hate it but actually quite enjoyed myself.

Looks like it ramps up quite quickly. I'm considering doing week 2 twice. Has anyone else done this?

Well done you for starting.

I enjoy it too, must admit when you look ahead on the programme it can be quite daunting however I've found it do able. I start week 5 on Friday and I've not had to repeat a week (yet). Lol

I think the trick is slow and steady..

Good luck.

It ramps up at just the right speed to scare the bejeezes out of you every week while still ensuring if you could complete the previous week you can succeed at the next. Don't repeat a week. Only repeat a run if you didn't manage to finish it. If you've done week to, it's time for week 3. Just go for it.

If you complete a run then move on. You will know when you have to repeat a run, that is when you don't complete it. There is no shame in that.

Believe that you can do it. It is a superbly constructed programme and you are in control.

Good luck and enjoy your running.

Don't look ahead. Do the run and move on. I promise if I did this programme without repeating (which I did) then you can. Enjoy the challenges as they are just the right size

People have (and do so if necessary) but don't think ahead, just concentrate on the run in hand. I didn't think I would be able to progress as quickly as the programme suggests but today did W5 R2 and haven't had to repeat any runs (?yet). Yes repeat a run if you feel you NEED to but don't PLAN to.

Not what you're looking for?
