Goodbye W7!

Just finished W7 and despite what I felt during the runs I maintained a steady pace throughout them all.

I had to run without music as I couldnt get a decent volume and then struggled to hear Laura and missed the last time check so when in desperation I checked my phone thankfully it was in the warm down if only just.

I'd read it on the site but have noticed in myself that the first 10 minutes are a bit of a struggle then the breathing sorts itself out. This is great mentally as I know it will get better and keep going. I wonder if this is why I've never been a runner, because I never got past the gasping for breath stage?

Onward to W8...

I’ve only just finished my first run on week one but I couldn’t agree more because I’d always struggle for breathe but now I’ve realised that once you get past that part you’re fine! Keep it up🏃‍♀️
